Plot Summary

The film begins with Aditya searching for his missing wife Suhani, who has been involved in a car accident after a fight with him. The film then goes into a flashback, where it is shown how they met, fell in love, and got married. Aditya is a rich businessman's son who falls for Suhani, a middle-class doctor. Their parents oppose their relationship due to their different social backgrounds. Aditya and Suhani elope and get married in a small ceremony. They move to a dilapidated house and start their married life together.

Soon, they face many problems in their marriage, such as financial difficulties, career pressures, family issues, and misunderstandings. Aditya becomes insecure about Suhani's friendship with her colleague Dr. Iyer, while Suhani feels neglected by Aditya's busy schedule. They have frequent arguments and fights, which lead to Suhani leaving the house one night after accusing Aditya of having an affair. As she is crossing the street, she is hit by a car driven by Savitri, an IAS officer's wife. Savitri takes Suhani to the hospital and lies that she is her husband's wife.

Aditya waits for Suhani to return home, unaware of her accident. He realizes that he loves her more than anything and regrets their fight. He tries to call her but gets no answer. He then goes to her parents' house to apologize and ask for their help in finding her. He learns that Suhani's sister has given birth to a baby boy and that Suhani had gone to see her at the hospital. He rushes to the hospital, hoping to find her there.

Meanwhile, Suhani undergoes a surgery and is in a critical condition. Savitri's husband Yeshwant arrives at the hospital and tells the doctor that he wants to donate his blood for Suhani. The doctor informs him that he is not compatible with her blood group and that only her husband can save her life. Yeshwant realizes that he has made a mistake and confesses to Savitri that Suhani is not his wife but someone he hit with his car.

Aditya reaches the hospital and sees Savitri and Yeshwant outside Suhani's room. He recognizes Savitri as the woman who had once offered him a lift when he was looking for Suhani. He confronts them and learns the truth about what happened to Suhani. He breaks down in tears and begs them to let him see his wife.

The doctor tells Aditya that he can save Suhani's life by donating his blood for her. Aditya agrees without hesitation and goes inside the room where Suhani is lying unconscious on the bed.
